Sessions are typically held in the evening, either by phone or in my nourishing therapy room.

We begin with a grounding mindfulness practice, followed by a relaxed conversation exploring your inherent nature, sensitivities, longings, gifts and the things you feel naturally drawn towards.

You’ll then be guided into a restful sitting or reclining meditation. During this time, I enter a deeply intuitive state of perception and connect with the symbolic imagery, messages and impressions that arise through your higher self and energetic field.

Afterwards, we gently explore what was revealed together, reflecting on what resonates, what feels meaningful and how it may relate to your life path at this time.

The session closes with grounding practices and gentle integration, helping you return to your evening feeling calm, connected and present.

These sessions are often deeply affirming to a person’s sense of self, sensitivity and inner knowing.

Many people move through life feeling a little different, disconnected or quietly aware there may be more to them than the world has reflected back. This work offers a gentle space to feel seen, understood and reconnected with the deeper aspects of your nature.

Many people leave feeling calmer, clearer, more connected to themselves and more trusting of their intuition and inner guidance systems. The sessions can also gently strengthen self-esteem, self-trust and a deeper sense of belonging within oneself.

This work can feel particularly supportive for sensitive and neurodivergent people, who often experience the world in deep, intuitive and non-linear ways.

This work arises through a calm and intuitive state of awareness that I’ve gradually developed over many years through meditation, spiritual practice and creative work.

For me, this state does not feel dramatic or ungrounded. It feels quite natural — like gently shifting attention towards subtle imagery, feelings and impressions sitting beneath ordinary awareness.

Alongside meditation, I’ve spent much of my life working as an illustrator and visual artist, developing a strong relationship with imagination, symbolism and inner imagery. Over time, these practices seem to have strengthened my intuitive perception.

Many spiritual and contemplative traditions throughout history have worked with altered states of consciousness for insight, healing and connection. Modern reputable studies on experienced meditators and shamanic practitioners have also shown unusual and measurable changes in brain states during deep meditation and trance practices.

Interestingly, I developed this ability before I had any spiritual framework or language for it. It was only later, after many repeated experiences and moments of real-world confirmation, that I began researching concepts such as clairvoyance and the Akashic Records.

I’ve also always been an unusually sensitive & empathic person, which naturally supports this kind of symbolic and perceptive, relational work.

Often the things I perceive connect clearly with a person’s lived experience, preferences, memories, relationships or inner world in ways that feel accurate, supportive and sometimes unexpectedly synchronistic.
